Jim has over 10 years of executive level management experience and business operations. He also has over 25 years of experience in program / project management and Information Technology. Jim is also a retired United States Army Signal Officer.

Jim joined St. Michael’s in April of 2018 as the Director of Operations. He has overall responsibility for the operations of the company to include: business planning/strategy, projects, personnel, team, and customer engagement, training/development, financials, budgets, growth, business development, capture, proposal management, contracts, marketing, etc.

Before joining St. Michael’s, Jim directed company-wide efforts in managing and leading the strategic development, growth and success of six different practices across operations and IT functional areas. He led the development and integration of a Program Management Office to ensure the success of all practices and projects and was responsible for the development of standards, policies, process, procedures and capabilities. Jim was responsible and supported over 500 professionals supporting 13+ Federal agencies, both CONUS and OCONUS.

Jim managed and led high profile projects where he was responsible for the successful execution of multiple projects/contracts supporting the U.S. Army, Program Executive Office – Executive Information Systems (PEO-EIS), Product Manager – Power Projection Enablers (PM-P2E), GSA, Army National Guard, USDA, DoD.

Jim holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Institute of Technology, Utica, New York and an M.B.A. from Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
