Education:  MBA degree with a minor in Human Resource Management from Columbia Southern University, SC and a BS degree in Management and Computer Information Systems, Park University, MD.

Responsibilities:  I am currently the Vice President for St. Michael’s Inc. I have over 20 years of military experience in administration and human resources.  I retired from the United States Marine Corps in May 2011 after serving 22 years of active duty service.  I am responsible for planning, recruiting, organizing, prioritizing, and directing the administrative and support activities of St. Michael's.  I support back office professionals, implement operational policies, goals and objectives for the company and assure the company administrative operations are conducted according to federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. I am directly involved in recruiting and hiring personnel for positions held at St. Michael's Inc. and I develop both long and short range planning and needs assessment for the improvement of administrative and HR services.

Accomplishments: In 2011, I started working for St. Michael’s as a part-time Associate. Over the last seven years, I have successfully moved up the ladder at St. Michael’s into my current position as a Vice President.  My major accomplishments at St. Michael’s: I was the lead on transitioning our paper time sheets and expense reports to online expense reporting and time keeping by using a program called Unanet. Another accomplishment is the implementation into the Enhanced ADP as our payroll system, talent management, training, performance and evaluation and human resource management solutions for all employees – ADP has added great value to St. Michael’s it provides a “Go-To-Source and One-Stop-Shopping” for our employees needs and makes Human Resource Management easy to manage.
