Todd Brymer, President
PMP, CMA, CFM

Todd Brymer, PresidentAs President of St. Michael’s Inc., Mr. Brymer brings over 20 years of combined experience as a military officer and as a consultant supporting federal agencies. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. While attending OSU, Mr. Brymer was a recipient of the Outstanding Student Award, and was chosen for the prestigious Pacesetter’s organization.

Mr. Brymer has a strong working knowledge of Federal Procurement and Financial Management with a specific emphasis in Financial Systems Integration, Cost Accounting, Performance Management, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management. His qualifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and he is Certified in Financial Management (CFM).

Mr. Brymer has led and supported numerous clients in a variety of consulting roles, including projects to develop plans for implementing strategies, automating and improving processes, and measuring performance. He has advised senior leaders from several client organizations.

Previously, Mr. Brymer served over ten years as a Special Forces officer in the United States Army with various military assignments including tours as a staff officer and three tours as a Commander.

Shauntā Russell, Director of Administration

Todd Brymer, PresidentAs Director of Administration for St. Michael’s Inc., Ms. Russell brings over 20 years of experience in administration and human resources.  She holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resource (HR) Management from Columbia Southern University, SC and a Bachelors of Science degree in Management and Computer Information Systems, Park University, MD.

Ms. Russell is responsible for planning, organizing, prioritizing, and directing the administrative and support activities of St. Michael's Inc. She implements operational policies, goals and objectives for the company and assures the company’s operations are conducted according to federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations. She is directly involved in recruiting and hiring personnel for positions at St. Michael's Inc. and develops and implements both long and short range plans to support client engagement requirements.

Previously, Ms. Russell served 22 years in the United States Marine Corps (USMC) and succeeded at several different positions of increasing responsibility at assignments worldwide.
